Our clients expect us to isolate situations adverse to quality, schedule or costs, thus we strive to find and mitigate threats before they occur. Bottom line: Owner's are looking for a partner who can anticipate and mitigate risk. As the Owner of SCM, I know the only thing worse than having to do something over is having to pay for it twice.
