Summary: 

  • SCM provided Pre-Construction Agency CM and CM At-Risk Services during construction. 

  • SCM’s initial involvement resulted in $700,000 in value engineering savings to maintain the viability of the Project within the Owner’s financial parameters. 

  • SCM then retained a new A/E design team, as well as completing the actual construction via a CM At-Risk, Open Book Contract Agreement. 

  • SCM then completed the 8,300 square feet, new center in eight (8) months to meet required enrollment dates for incoming students.
