Summary:

SCM chaired design and construction progress review meetings; reviewed and approved Applications for Payment; tracked and expedited action items; reviewed/monitored schedule compliance; estimated/negotiated over 170 change order requests; and coordinated and expedited all punch list, turnover, move-in and close-out requirements.
SCM was retained to assist the Owner through a $4.0 million claims dispute and arbitration, against the Owner.
With SCM’s assistance arbitration yielded a $370,000 ruling for the Owner.
